Expression Store is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items. We allow third-party companies to collect non-personally identifiable information when customers visit our site. These companies typically use a cookie or web beacon to collect this information in order to provide advertisements likely to be of interest to you. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or mechanisms.

Shipping 

Currently we ship Only within Bahrain.  Shipping usually takes 2-5 working Days once order has been completed. 

For GCC, you can place orders by email and our sales team will guide you with the shipping cost and delivery time.

Warranty 

  • Most item/s listed are covered with STANDARD 1 YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY from the DATE OF PURCHASE and is subject to manufacture terms, usage regulations and conditions
  • All warranty claims must be within the warranty period
  • Warranty claims will be honored within the warranty period and OFFICIAL RECEIPT/INVOICE MUST BE PRESENTED
  • Items sold with DOA (dead-on-arrival) or non-functional out of the box condition MUST be reported and returned within 3 business days from the Date or Purchase
  • Item Returns are accepted only on DOA (dead-on-arrival) or non-functional out of the box condition
  • Items that have their original packaging (boxes, CDs, Manuals, Cables and accessories) in fair condition will be eligible for Exchange and Return
  • Unless in any event that the device is DOA (dead-on-arrival) or non-functional condition out of the box, Exchange and Refunds are subject to approval otherwise Credit Memo/Note will be issued
  • Credit Memo/Note will be honored within 6 MONTHS from the date of Issue
  • Consumable items such as inks and toners is not covered by Warranty as per the Standards.
  • Accessories such as Earbuds, Shavers, etc... have NO Exchange Option after usage due to hygienic purposes
  • Physical damage or Unauthorized Modifications on any items are considered NO WARRANTY
  • Any device within the warranty period, once the device has been received from the customer, Expression Computers has the right to receive and test to verify the cause of non-functionality.
  • Once confirmed by the Technical Team, the device’s manufacturer will advise of the options and solutions available within the Manufacturer’s Standard warranty
  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change on Expression Computers discretion
